Shipping policy

All orders are posted from our studio in Shrewsbury, Shropshire.

We take pride in our packaging and are confident that your prints will arrive safely, no matter where on the planet you live.

Our smaller prints (A5 and A4) are packaged in biodegradable, compostable and recyclable sleeves and posted in rigid, board-backed envelopes. Our larger prints (A3 and above) are posted in heavyweight cardboard tubes.

Lead Times

Our current lead time from order to dispatch is 7 working days. Custom and larger print sizes can take 7-10 working days to process.
 During busy periods this may be longer, although we always aim to get your new purchase to you as quickly as possible. We will email you if we think the lead time will be longer than 7 days.

If you need to meet a specific deadline, please don’t hesitate to get in touch prior to ordering and we'll do our best to help out.

Europe Standard Delivery is 4-10 working days


Rest of World International Standard Delivery is 7-12 working days

*Delivery times are from dispatch and it can take up to 10 working days to design and print your order.

Delivery may also take slightly longer over public holidays and during busy periods such as Christmas.
